 Box Beams Made Monolithic: Span 25/32/26m

 

 

Juru Ramp Bridge, Penang: Precast Box Beam Made Monolithic with Piers (Completed)

Alternative design of the bridge to adopt precast box beams and made monolithic with piers.
To extend the span lengths, prestressed hammerheads are casted first and later precast beams are dropped in for stitching as a monolithic structure.

 Steel Arch Bridge on Concrete Buttress: Span 80m

 

 

Pulau Bunting Bridge, Kedah: 80m span basket-handled bow-string steel arch with composite deck slab which involved off site fabrication & Assembly and Lifted to position from barge (Completed)

Designed bridge structures at various construction stages and advised on the construction method.
Designed and planned for the heavy lifting of the steel arch in position.
